Every Vaeny order is confirmed personally, in writing, before any payment.
- Choose your pieces. Add items to your cart. Larger freight items show “Request a Quote” instead of a price.
- Place your request. At checkout choose “Request Quote via WhatsApp”. No payment is taken; your order details open in WhatsApp so you can text us.
- Receive your written quote. We confirm the final price, delivery to your ZIP code and lead time, usually within 24 hours.
- Pay by PayPal invoice. Once you approve, we send a secure PayPal invoice. Your order is placed with the workshop or warehouse after payment.
- Delivery. Parcels ship insured with tracking; freight arrives by appointment.
