- Parcel items (jewellery, leather, rugs, décor): returns within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of inspection.
- Freight furniture & outdoor: returns within [14–30] days in original packaging; return freight and any restocking fee stated in your quote are deducted. Damage reported at delivery is resolved by repair or replacement.
- Made-to-order, custom-size, engraved or commissioned items: non-returnable except for defects.
- Electrical & wellness (saunas, spas, massage chairs): manufacturer warranty applies; installation by a licensed professional is required to keep it valid.
- Jewellery resizing: one complimentary resize within 60 days where possible.
